COMMUNICATION AT MORNING MEETING
1. The team supervisor, shift supervisor and section supervisor come in 15 min.prior to scheduled working time to summarize yesterday's work and prepare for today's work.
2. Check on work attendance 10 min.earlier:conducted by the shift supervisor.
3. Report the quality defects problems:conducted by responsible person.
4. Report the cause to quality defects:conducted by person in charge.(recorded by the shift supervisor.)
5. The shift supervisor makes a summery on the problem and take preventive measures.
FUNCTION OF MORNING MEETING
For the grass-root level executives to summarize last day's work and arrange this day's work,or give a prompt training and request the employees to confirm their respective tasks, and collect employee's views,praise and accept employess' good suggestions and opinions.

SOLIDIFY THE PROPOSING SYSTEM
A proposing system is established to organize and motivate employees to find out problems and give suggestions on solution concerning the reform, construction and development in the company,so as to create a positive work environment and promote the progress of company in a quicker and better manner. The content includes but not limited to reasonable suggestions,innovative management concept and feasible sales program concerning the production, operation and construction of company. In case a proposal is adopted and promoted, the proposer will be rewarded and praised. The proposing system enables the employees to exhibit their capability,enhance their initiatives to be involved in the
construction of company, and give the top management a means to find potential talents.
