When key parts nor in compliance with requirements as self-inspected.
In case of failure to operate in accordance with standard.
In case a tool fails to work properly.
When products not in compliance with standards as inspected.

WAITING PRINCIPLE
Never trouble others
Talk: talk with others about topic not related to job -- prohibit
ask or inquire about job-related topic (between employees) : call the responsible person -- answered by the responsible person

Off the post
Off the post for non-job-related causes (go to toilet,reception etc.) Call the responsible person -- agree -- off the job
Off the post for non-job-related causes (go to toilet,reception etc.) Call the responsible person -- disagree -- work normally

Waiting duration
Long- term waiting (exceeding 5 min.) : Call the responsible person -- the waiting duration decided by the responsible person-- instructed by the responsible person
short- term waiting(less than 5 min.) :under waiting, prepare and arrange.

PRINCIPLES FOR ASSEMBLY QUALITY-- SUCCEEDING PROCEDURE IS THE CUSTOMER OF PRECEDING PROCEDURE
For key controlling items,100% guaranteed.
The principle of self-inspection items for each procedure: Succeeding procedure is the customer of preceding procedure.
Operation order:Never start next procedure until the finish of last procedure. Never start assembling one part until the finish of assembly of last part.
In case of incompliance with the operating instructions: Stop -- Call the responsible person (Engineer Inspector) -- Wait
Never trouble others when you are not working: Refer to the requirements for not disturbing others stated in the waiting principles.

ON-THE-JOB ENVIRONMENTALPRINCIPLES
The required tools shall be laid ort to meet the demand of assembly.
All the on-the -job rubbish shall be disposed in the garbage bin and the bin shall be cleaned at the end of each shift.
All the parts shall be neatly arranged to meet the demands of assembly.

The employees are required on the production site:
Confirm the processing quality of parts from the preceding procedure.
Confirm the technology,technical requirement and processing quality of this procedure.
Confirm the quality of finished parts to be delivered to next procedure.
